1. General Return Window

• You may raise a request for a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days from the actual date of delivery.

• To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their exact original packaging, and feature all factory seals and labels completely intact.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations governing personal care and cosmetic items, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any face wash or cream that has been opened, unsealed, tested, or used.

 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

• If you receive a product that is physically damaged, leaking, expired, or incorrect, you must report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please provide unboxing video proof, clear photographs of the defect or damage, and your order reference number via email to infobalajiherbals@gmail.com. Upon verification, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund.

 

4. Refund Processing Timeline

• Once your returned shipment is received and inspected at our facility, we will email you an update regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds are processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, net banking, UPI) or bank account within 5 to 7 business days.
